- 为提高陈旧茄果类种子利用率, 本研究分别以10、20、30、40、50、60 mg·L1外源水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)对种子进行处理,研究外源SA对陈旧茄果类种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:低浓度外源SA浸种处理可以促进陈旧茄果类种子的萌发,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均呈显著增长趋势。其中30和40 mg·L1的外源SA处理效果最为显著,而高于40 mg·L1的外源水杨酸处理则对种子萌发起抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the utilization rate,the effects of exogenous SA with different concentrations of 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 mg·L1 on aged germination characteristics of solanaceous vegetables were investigated.The results showed that soaking seed with low concentration of exogenous SA could promote the germination of aged eggplant seeds.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index showed a significant growth trend in the low concentration range.The seed germination had obvious promoting effect with 30 and 40 mg·L1 exogenous SA,and exogenous salicylic acid treatment was higher than 40 mg·L1,which inhibited the germination of seeds.
