干旱胁迫对文冠果脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响

- 为探究文冠果的耐旱机制,对文冠果幼苗进行不同程度的干旱胁迫处理,分析文冠果叶片的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量变化。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加重,文冠果幼苗体内积累的脯氨酸含量随之增加。可溶性蛋白质含量在重度干旱处理下最高,表明重度干旱胁迫对可溶性蛋白含量影响最大,而中度干旱胁迫对可溶性蛋白含量影响较小,表明文冠果幼苗体内的可溶性蛋白质含量与干旱胁迫程度呈正相关。
