桧柏不同基质扦插试验

- 为加快桧柏优株的繁育,以桧柏105为试验材料,对其在河沙、蛭石、珍珠岩及蛭石与珍珠岩混合基质中进行扦插试验研究,筛选出最经济、扦插生根率最高的快繁技术。结果表明:桧柏105生根率由高至低的基质排列顺序为沙子>珍珠岩>蛭石>蛭石+珍珠岩,以沙子为扦插基质,用生根粉处理4 h生根效果较好,生根率可以达到62.08%。
