摘要:
随着经济的发展和改革的深入，妇女在经济社会发展中作用日益加强，并得到社会各界的广泛认可。在乡村振兴战略背景下，为充分发挥农村妇女在乡村振兴和全面脱贫中的积极作用，将200名农村妇女作为样本对象，对其创业意向及其影响因素进行问卷调查，采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对调研数据进行分析，发现农村妇女具有较高的创业意向，进而通过探索性因子分析法，从28个变量中提取6个公因子，并分别对其进行命名为经济和结构因素、心理和管理因素、文化因素、法律和技能因素、支持因素和投资因素。
Abstract:
With the deepening of economic development and reform,the role of women in economic and social development has been increasingly strengthened and has been widely recognized by all sectors of society.200 rural women was sample size under the background of rural revitalization strategy in order to give full play to the positive role of the rural women in the country revitalization and comprehensive poverty alleviation,and the entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors were investigated by questionnaire.All data processing and statistical analysis was performed using the software SPSS 17.0.Based on the results of factor analysis the factors were categorized into six main components,which have been named as economic and structural factors,psychological and management factors,cultural factors,legal and technical factors,support factors,and investment factor.
