- 种植结构调整是推进农业结构优化和农业提质增效,适应经济发展新常态,推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要举措。对大庆市种植业结构调整的状况进行分析,评价其调整的效果,深入剖析种植业结构调整过程中存在和面临的问题,明确未来大庆市种植业发展的方向,从而为推进大庆市现代农业发展提供依据和借鉴。研究发现大庆市通过种植业结构调整,初步优化了种植业布局,提高了当地农民收入,其社会和生态效益突显,与此同时,也发现大庆市在种植业调整过程中存在着调整力度不够、农民自主性不强等问题,据此提出进一步统筹粮经饲结构,通过培训等加强对农民的引导。
- Abstract:
- The adjustment of planting structure is an important measure to boost the structural optimization and quality and efficiency of agriculture,adapt to the new normal of economic development,and promote agricultural supplyside structural reform.Through analyzing the situation of the planting structure adjustment,evaluating the effect of adjustment,dissecting the existing problems deeply,and confirming the direction of development in the future,we provided the basis and reference for promoting the development of modern agriculture for Daqing city.The study indicated that through the planting structure adjustment,Daqing city not only preliminarily optimized the planting layout,raised the income of local farmers and the social and ecological benefits,but also found lacking of adjusting efforts,autonomy and other issues.According to the issues,the study provided coordinate the structure of agriculture and strengthen the guidance to farmers through training and so on.
