- 为提高蔬菜的产量和质量,通过种子带菌检测、种子发芽和幼苗生物量测定试验,研究了竹醋液对芹菜、快菜和生菜3种叶菜种子的保健效果。结果表明:竹醋液可有效降低上述种子的带菌率,最高防效33.30%、22.17%和50.00%,低于次氯酸钠,与碧护(0.136%赤·吲乙·芸)相当。竹醋液可有效促进3种叶菜种子发芽,最高增效92.72%、9.28%和15.38%,优于次氯酸钠,略低或接近碧护。竹醋液还对3种叶菜的株高和根长具有一定促进作用,对芹菜的影响不及对照处理与对生菜的影响相当,对快菜的影响则优于对照处理。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the yield and quality of vegetables,the seed health protection effect of bamboo vinegar on three leaf vegetable seeds including celery,shortorder and lettuce was studied by testing the seedborne fungi,seed germination and seedling biomass of three leaf vegetables.The results showed that seedborne fungi rate of celery,shortorder and lettuce seeds treated by bamboo vinegar decreased by 33.30%,22.17% and 50.00% respectively.The reduction of seedborne fungi rate was lower than 10% sodium hypochlorite control which was 72.17%83.33% and close similar to the Bihu control.The seed germination rate of celery,shortorder and lettuce seeds treated by bamboo vinegar increased 92.72%,9.28% and 15.38% respectively which was better than 10% sodium hypochlorite control and close to the Bihu control.The seedling growth of three leaf vegetables was stimulating by bamboo vinegar,especially the plant height and root length.Compared bamboo vinegar with 10% sodium hypochlorite and the Bihu control,the enhancing effecton seedling growth was in sequence ofshortorder>lettuce> celery.
