- 为评价两种不同流动相的可行性,通过测定3种蛹虫草中的虫草素与腺苷的含量,对比高效液相色谱(HPLC)的甲醇-水和乙腈-水两种不同流动相。结果表明:HPLC法的两种不同流动相测定虫草素含量的保留时间分别为6.6和15.0 min;测定腺苷含量的的保留时间分别为5.7 和11.9 min。其中,以甲醇-水为流动相所测得的虫草素含量更高,在检测时更为便捷,保留时间也较适合。
- Abstract:
- In order to evaluate the feasibility of two different mobile phases,the content of cordycepin and adenosine in 3 species cordyceps militaris was determined by comparing 2 different mobile phases of methanol water and acetonitrile water of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The results showed that the retention time of cordycepin under the 2 different mobile phases in the HPLC method was 6.6 and 15 min,respectively; the retention time for the determination of adenosine content was 5.7 and 11.9 min,respectively.Among them,the content of cordycepin with methanol-water as the mobile phase was higher,and it was more convenient in the detection and the retention time was more suitable.
