- 为使生物菌制剂可以建立起土壤的良性循环功能体系,提高作物的产量和品质,以四季小白菜为研究对象,通过测定盆栽小白菜施用白僵菌几丁质培养液处理后酶活性及土壤微生物数量的变化,明确其应用效果。结果表明:与使用多菌灵相比,使用培养液后对小白菜过氧化氢酶无显著性影响,对超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性均有提高的作用,对前者提高率为33.17%,对后者提高作用尤为明显,提高10倍以上;处理后土壤中霉菌数量变化不显著,病原菌+培养液处理的放线菌和细菌的数量分别比病原菌+多菌灵提高26.09%和56.05%。这表明添加生物菌肥有利于小白菜的生长,改善土壤环境。
- Abstract:
- In order to enable biological Bacteria preparation to establish a virtuous cycle function system of soil,increase crop yield and quality.Taking Chinese cabbage as the material,enzyme activity and soil microbial number were determined to study the effect of applying biological fertilizer on plot experiment.The results showed that compared with the applying of carbendazim,there was no significant difference on catalase activity by applying bio-fertilizer,but the superoxide dismutase enzyme and peroxide enzyme activity were improved,and the rates were 33.17% and over 10 times,respectively;the increase of fungi number was not significant by the use of bio-fertilizer,but the number of actinomycetes and bacteria of treatment pathogenic bacteria and bio-fertilizer was higher than that of treatment pathogenic bacteria and carbendazim,rates were 26.09% and 56.05%,respectively.This indicated that the applying of bio-fertilizer was beneficial to the growth of Chinese cabbage,and improve soil environment.
