摘要:
新形势下农业人才服务领域涉及农业产前、产中和产后各个环节，高素质的农业人才队伍是解决农业经济增长、农民增收的关键。以河南省为研究对象，分析了河南省农业人才需求的现状，建议尝试走“订单式”“校市合作”和“短期培训班”等农业人才培养模式，切实解决河南“三农”问题。
Abstract:
Under the new situation,the field of agricultural talent service involves all aspects of agricultural production before,during and after production.High-quality agricultural talents team is the key to solve the problem of agricultural economic growth and increase farmers′ income.Taking Henan province as the research object,the present situation of the demand for agricultural talents in Henan province was analyzed,and suggested that to carry out the agricultural talents training mode such as “order form”,“school and city cooperation” and “short-term training class”,in order to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in Henan.
