- 为创新沙棘苗木繁殖技术,使用ABT生根粉和GGR生长调节剂研究其对沙棘硬枝扦插成活率的影响。结果表明:ABT生根粉和GGR生长调节剂都可以有效提高沙棘硬枝扦插成活率,其中扦插成活率与移栽成活率最高的是GGR生长调节剂处理的深秋红品种,分别为96.77%、88.70%;在同一种生长调节剂处理下,成活率由高到低依次为深秋红>芬兰>TF2-28>久黄。
- Abstract:
- In order to innovate the breeding technology of seabuckthorn seedlings,the effects of ABT rooting powder and GGR growth regulator on the survival rate of the hard branch cutting of sea-buckthorn was studied.The results showed that Shenqiuhong processed by GGR growth regulator had the highest survival rate of cuttage and transplant,which were respectively 96.77% and 88.70%。Processed by the same growth regulator,the survival rate of different cultivars was different,order by survival rate were respectively Shenqiuhong,Fenlan,TF2-28 and Jiuhuang from hight to low.
