连翘提取液对玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

- 为有效降低连翘育苗过程中产生的连作障碍,采用室内生物测定法,比较了不同浓度的连翘提取液对3种玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:连翘提取液对3种玉米种子均具有一定的化感效应,且存在品种差异。低浓度的连翘提取液对德育919和先玉696的种子发芽率与对照相比影响不显著(P>0.05),而对诚信1号则具有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05)。同时提取液对3种玉米幼苗根长、株高、鲜重均具有一定的化感作用,综合化感效应值显示,连翘提取液对诚信1号作用最强,德育919次之,先玉696相对较弱。三者比较,先玉696较适合作为连翘幼苗栽培的下茬植物。
- Abstract:
- In order to effectively reduce the barrier of continuous cropping,effects of extracts from Forsythia suspensa on seed germinition and seeding growth of 3 kinds of maize were studied using indoor biometic method.The results showed that after treatment with extracts of Forsythia suspensa,germination rate of Deyu 919 and Xianyu 696 was showing no significant change at low concentrations(P>0.05),but Chengxin No.1 was significantly inhibited(P<0.05).The extracts from Forsythia suspensa had allelopathic effects on root length,plant height and fresh weight of maize.According to the synthetic allelopathic effects,Chengxin No.1 and Deyu 919 were stronger compared with Xianyu 696.Therefore,Xianyu 696 is the best variety planting after Forsythia suspensa.
