- 为了更好地防治玉米丝黑穗病,研究了土壤温度对玉米丝黑穗病影响。结果表明:随土壤温度的增加,病株率有增加趋势。玉米丝黑穗病的最适发病温度为22 ℃,其病株率最高,为 92.86%,其平均病株发病雌穗数也最高,为4.6个,其畸形病穗占病穗比率最高,为84.09%,其中包叶状病穗占病穗比率较高,为58.69%;低温有利于畸形穗的形成,10 ℃处理畸形穗比率占100%。
- Abstract:
- In order to better prevent and control Sphacelotheca reiliana,the effects of soil temperature on head smut of maize were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of soil temperature,disease plant rate gradually increased.The most suitable temperature was 22 ℃ for head smut occurrence,the disease incidence up to 92.86%,the highest average diseased female ear number was 4.6,rate of deformity disease ear in total disease ear was 84.09%,including rate of the leafy disease ear in disease ear was higher for 58.69%; low temperature is conducive to the formation of abnormal ear,and malformation ear accounted for 100% with treatment of temperature 10 ℃.
