- 为促进紫叶小檗嫩枝的繁殖和推广,采用正交试验设计,研究不同比例的基质、插穗长度和生根粉浸泡时间对紫叶小檗嫩枝扦插生根情况的影响。结果表明:不同比例的基质、扦插长度和生根粉浸泡时间对紫叶小檗嫩枝扦插生根率的影响均达到显著水平。各因素对紫叶小檗嫩枝扦插生根率影响的顺序依次为生根粉浸泡时间>插穗长度>不同比例的基质;影响根长的顺序依次为:不同比例的基质>生根粉浸泡时间>插穗长度;影响根数的顺序依次为:不同比例的基质>生根粉浸泡时间>插穗长度。说明在基质(珍珠岩:草炭灰)为5:5、插穗长度为20 cm、生根粉浸泡时间为30 min条件下进行紫叶小檗嫩枝扦插的设计方案可行。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the breeding and promotion of Berberis shoot,using orthogonal design,the effect of different matrix proportion,the length of cuttings and soaking time of rooting powder on rooting of softwood cuttings of Berberis was studied.The results showed that the effect of different proportion of the matrix,the cutting length and soaking time of rooting powder on rooting rate of Berberis softwood cuttings reached a significant level.The factors order influence on the rooting rate of cuttings of Berberis thunbergii was rooting powder soaking time>cuttings length>matrix in different proportions; effect of root length was as follows: the matrix in different proportions>rooting powder soaking time>cuttings length; effects of root number order matrix in different proportions>rooting powder soaking time>cuttings length.Berberis cuttings was feasible under the condition,which was the substrate (perlite: peat ash) was 5:5 and the length of cuttings for 20 cm,rooting powder soaking for 30 min
