- 为探讨2种不同基因型耧斗菜的耐旱性,用5%、10%、15%、20%、25%的PEG6000溶液处理耧斗菜种子,研究PEG6000模拟干旱胁迫对2种不同基因型耧斗菜萌发的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫抑制了耧斗菜种子的萌发,2种不同基因型材料的种子发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、发芽指数均显著降低(P<0.05)。低浓度PEG6000促使萌发高峰期提前,而且加快了种子萌发进程,高浓度则反之。在相同的PEG6000浓度处理水平下,白鹭耧斗菜表现出的耐旱性强于黄凤耧斗菜。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the drought resistance of two different genotypes of Aquilegia vulgaris,the seeds of Aquilegia vulgaris were treated by 5%,10%,15%,20% and 25% of PEG6000.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,relative germination rate and germination index of seeds with two different genotypes were significantly decreased under drought stress(P<0.05).In addition,low concentration of PEG6000 promoted the germination peak earlier,and accelerated the process of seed germination,while high concentration was opposite.At the same concentration of PEG6000,Aquilegia vulgaris of Bailu showed stronger drought tolerance than Aquilegia vulgaris of Huangfeng.
