- 为了解不同来源种薯和栽培条件对马铃薯卷叶病发生的影响,调查了惠东县马铃薯卷叶病的发生情况。结果表明:无论是在自然条件或网棚种植条件下,不同品种(株系)马铃薯原种和微型薯繁育的植株卷叶病发生情况存在差异,马铃薯卷叶病在植株生长后期发生较为严重。应用ELISA实验进一步确认了马铃薯植株是否感染了卷叶病。
- Abstract:
- In order to understand the effects of different sources of seed potatoes and cultivation conditions on the occurrence of leaf roll virus,the issue of leaf roll virus occurrence in Huidong county were investigated. The results showed that both in natural conditions and net-shed planting conditions,the leaf roll virus happened on different varieties (strains) of seed potatoes. Leaf roll virus of potatoes occurred more seriously in the late stage of plants’ growth. It was further confirmed whether the potato plants are infected with leaf roll virus by ELISA.
