- 在平欧杂交榛子达维扦插繁育试验中发现,扦插基质为草炭土∶河沙∶珍珠岩为1∶1∶1时,生根率较低,基质湿度高时插穗基部容易腐烂,环境湿度若低,插穗叶片容易失水脱落。为促进榛子扦插育苗技术的发展,通过改进环境管理措施,利用智能化间歇喷雾,进行嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:每0.5 h喷雾10 s的条件下生根效果得到明显提高,但受环境温度、环境湿度、扦插基质和生根剂激素浓度的影响非常明显,在珍珠岩∶河沙1∶2的基质中、环境湿度80%、环境温度25~32 ℃、吲哚丁酸1 000倍液速蘸时,生根效果最佳,达86.7%。
- Abstract:
- In hybrid hazelnut Davey cutting propagation experiment,it’s found that,cuttage for Peat∶Sand∶Perlite was 1∶1∶1,the rooting rate was low,in high humidity medium cutting base was easy to corrupt,in lower humidity environment cuttings leaves was easy to dehydrate shedding.In order to promote the development of hazelnut cutting seedling technique,the environmental management measures were improved,by intelligent intermittent spray,spraying for 10 s every 0.5 h,rooting effect was improved,but affected by the environment temperature,humidity,cutting medium and rooting agent hormone concentration very obvious,in matrix which Perlite∶Sand was 1∶2 ,80% ambient humidity,ambient temperature of 25~32 ℃,indole butyric acid of 1 000 times fluid speed dipping,rooting effect was the best for 86.7%.
