- 为筛选出低毒高效的杀菌剂来防治水稻褐变穗,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了15种杀菌剂对黑龙江省水稻褐变穗病原菌的抑制作用。筛选出了5种杀菌剂对水稻褐变穗病菌具有明显的抑制作用。结果表明:吡唑醚菌酯、肟菌?戊唑醇、咪鲜胺主要抑制病菌菌丝的生长,其EC50分别为0.047 5、0.145 3、0.884 1 μg·mL-1;吡唑醚菌酯、乙蒜素、多抗霉素对病原菌分生孢子萌发具有较高的抑制作用,其EC50分别为0.000 2、0.000 5、0.041 2 μg·mL-1。吡唑醚菌酯既能抑制水稻褐变穗病菌菌丝的生长,又能抑制分生孢子的萌发。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen out the fungicide with low toxicity and high efficient to prevent rice brown panicle disease, taking 15 fungicides as materials,and their inhibition to A.alternata were deverminated by mycelium growth rate method.Five fungicides which have the inhibitory effect on A.alternata were selected.Pyraclostrobin,oxime-tebuconazole and prochloraz had the obviously inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth of A.alternata,their EC50 were 0.047 5,0.145 3 and 0.884 1 μg·mL-1,respectively.Pyraclostrobin,ethylicin and Polyoxin had the higher inhibitory effect on the spore germination of A.alternata effectively,their EC50 were 0.000 2,0.000 5,0.041 2 μg·mL-1,respectively.Pyraclostrobin had inhibitory effect on the mycelial growth and spore germination of A.alternata.
