- 汞是一种对人类和动植物具有毒害作用的金属元素,汞污染对食品、人体和环境都造成了严重影响。通过综述我国食品中汞污染的来源,分别从土壤、大气和水体三个方面分析了汞污染的危害,并提出了治理食品中汞污染的相关措施:加强汞污染控制技术的研究与开发,加强食品安全监管力度,加强宣传教育力度。
- Abstract:
- Mercury is a metallic element which has toxicities to human beings and propagations.Mercury contamination had a seriously impact on the foods, human beings and environments.Actuality and sources of food mercury contamination were summarized.Mercury contamination hazards was analyzed from the aspects of soil, atmosphere and water.Control measures for the food mercury contamination were provided, such as enhancing research and development of mercury pollution control technologies, improving supervision of food safety, and enhancing propaganda education.
