- 以美国红枫品种秋火焰为试验材料,考察叶面喷施2‰、3‰、5‰、8‰的KH2PO4、蔗糖、葡萄糖对美国红枫叶片叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明: 在全光照条件下,叶面喷施5‰KH2PO4和3‰葡萄糖可以显著提高美国红枫叶片花色素苷和可溶性糖的含量,降低叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,有利于促进其变色期叶色的表达,为最佳营养液及最佳喷施浓度。
- Abstract:
- Using Acer rubrum?L.known as Autumn Blaze,as an experiment material,the effect on the content of chlorophyll,carotenoid,anthocyanin and soluble sugar were explored in the leaves after spraying KH2PO4,sucrose and glucose of different concentrations,such as 2‰,3‰,5‰ and 8‰.The results showed that,when bathed in full sunlight,a spray of 5‰ KH2PO4?and 3‰ glucose nutrient solution could significantly improve the content of anthocyanin and soluble sugar and reduce the content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in the leaves,which was helpful for the expression of leaves’ color.Therefore,5‰ KH2PO4 and 3‰ glucose nutrient solutions were the leading nutrient solutions and spray concentrations during the period of color changes of Acer rubrum.
