- 绿枝扦插技术是被广泛采用的无性繁殖方法,具有保持品种特性、苗木生长迅速等优点,但存在生根率低和不易管理的问题。为提高绿枝扦插的成活率,研究了黑穗醋栗绿枝扦插的适宜基质、材料及生根液使用时间。结果表明:黑穗醋栗绿枝扦插技术为基质采用表面覆盖蛭石的珍珠岩,装在8 cm厚的长方形穴盘中,以6~7 cm的茎尖为外植体,1 g?L-1?IBA生根液浸泡基部5 s。将穴盘放置在高1.5 m铁架上,湿度控制在60%以上,遮光率30%,白天温度控制在30℃以下,每隔10 d时喷洒一遍有机叶面肥。20 d时生根率可达95%,30 d时即可移栽。
- Abstract:
- Green branch cutting technology is widely used in cloning method,with variety characteristics and stability,seedling growth rapidly,etc.But the presence of rooting rate is low and difficult management.The black currant of green branch cutting,suitable matrix material,materials and rooting liquid time use were studied,in order to improve the survival rate of the green branch cutting.Black currant green branch cutting matrix use surface vermiculite and perlitein 8 cm thick rectangular hole plate,using 6~7 cm stem tip as the explant,1 g?L-1 IBA rooting base soak liquid of 5 s,1.5 meters high place hole tray on the hob,humidity above 60% and 30% shading rate,control the temperature below 30℃ during the day,every 10 d spray organic fertilizer.Moreover,20 days rooting rate could reach 95% and transplant in 30 d.
