- 钙果是我国特有的灌木树种,果实含钙量高,具有广阔的发展前景,如何快速高效育苗是生产中急需解决的问题。通过查阅相关资料,综述了国内有关钙果嫁接、扦插、组培和分株繁殖育苗的研究进展,提出了钙果育苗的建议,即钙果不宜采用嫁接繁殖;分株繁殖移栽苗成活率较低,在生产上没有广泛推广;组培繁殖成本较高,较难推广应用;扦插繁殖可以大面积繁殖优质钙果苗木,而且可以降低建立钙果园的成本,可考虑在生产中推广应用。
- Abstract:
- Prunus humilis Bunge is a shrub species and peculiar to our country with highcalcium fruit and has a broad development prospect.How to fast and efficiently culture seedlings is an urgent problem should be solved in the production.The relevant information was refered,relevant domestic research progress of grafting,cutting,tissue culture,division propagation and seedling culture of Prunus humilis Bunge were summarized,some suggestions for seedling culture of Prunus humilis Bunge were put forward,namely,grafting propagation should not be adopted;low survival rate of division propagation and transplant seedlings,which were not widely popularized; tissue culture and propagation were higher cost that difficultly popularized and applied; large area of highquality seedlings of Prunus humilis Bunge was reproduced by method of cutting propagation with setup cost reduction of Prunus humilis Bunge orchard,which could be considered for popularization and application in production.
