牛耳秋海棠试管苗的壮苗与移栽技术研究

- 为了提高牛耳秋海棠试管苗移栽的成活率,对牛耳秋海棠的试管苗进行壮苗与移栽试验。结果表明:添加1.0 g·L-1的活性炭的MS+NAA0.1 mg·L-1+6-BA1.0 mg·L-1培养基为牛耳秋海棠最佳壮苗培养基;蛭石∶椰糠=1∶1是适宜牛耳秋海棠试管苗移栽的最佳基质,移栽成活率为96.67%。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve transplanting survival rate of ?Begonia sanguinea ?Raddi testtube plantlet,the experiment of cultivating strong seedling and transplanting about testtube plantlet of Begonia sanguinea Raddi was carried out.The results showed that the optimized medium for cultivating strong seedling was MS+NAA0.1 mg·L-1?+ 6-BA1.0 mg·L-1+AC1.0 g·L-1;vermiculite∶coconut chaff=1∶1 was the optimum medium for Begonia sanguinea ?Raddi micropropagation in vitro,transplantation survival rate was 96.67% in that stroma.?
