- 为了探索非洲紫罗兰叶片外植体适宜的诱导体系,对叶片离体条件下快速繁殖技术进行了研究。结果表明:改良MS培养基诱导率高于未改良的MS培养基,最优诱导培养基组合为MS改良+6-BA2.0 mg?L-1+IBA0.2 mg?L-1+GA31.0 mg?L-1,诱导频率可达100%,芽增殖近10倍,17 d即可出芽,大大缩短了育苗周期,提高了扩繁效率。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore suitable induction system of Saintpaulia ionantha leaf explant,the rapid propagation technology of leaf in vitro was studied.The results showed that the induction rate of modified MS medium was higher than common MS medium,the optimal medium was improved by MS+6-BA2.0 mg? L-1+IBA0.2 mg? L-1+GA31.0 mg? L-1,induction frequency could reach to 100%,proliferation of bud was nearly 10 times than common medium,produced buds after inducing 17 days,greatly shortened the cycle of seedling,and improved the efficiency of propagation.
