- 为探究东北粳稻种子发芽的适宜条件,以黑龙江地区4个粳稻品种为材料,研究了不同浸种时间和浸种温度对粳稻种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:不同浸种温度和浸种时间对粳稻品种发芽率均存在显著影响,其中浸种水温为25℃时,粳稻品种发芽率最高,且浸种48 h后的发芽效果较好。同时,研究还表明,不同品种间发芽率差异明显,除在25℃和35℃浸种时4个品种之间发芽率差异不显著外,其它处理条件下不同品种间种子发芽率均存在显著差异。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the suitable conditions of seeds germination of northeast japonica rice,four japonica rice varieties were used to research the effect of different soaking temperature and soaking time on seed germination.The results showed that different soaking temperature and soaking time germination rate significantly impacted on seed germination of japonica rice,and the highest germination rate was detected which soaking in 25℃ and soaking seeds germinate better after 48 h.Meanwhile,the results also showed that the germination rate was significantly different among varieties,there were significant differences among varieties under other conditions except soaking at 25℃ and 35℃.
