- 为探明接种根瘤菌对大豆生长的影响,研究了不同时期施氮肥与接种根瘤菌对大豆产量及产量构成因素的影响。结果表明:R2和R5期,处理4(接种根瘤菌+R1期追施氮肥)植株干重和根瘤干重最大,产量最高,比对照增产37.98%。其株高、单株荚数、单株粒数及单株粒重均与其它处理差异显著。同时,相关性分析结果表明,产量与R2及R5期植株干重及R5期根瘤干重呈显著正相关。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the effect of rhizobium inoculation on g soybean rowth, the effects of nitrogen application at different periods and rhizobium inoculation on soybean yield and yield components were studied under field conditions .The results showed that the plant and nodule dry weight of treatment 4 (Rhizobium inoculation + nitrogen application at R1 stage )were the highest,the highest yield increased 37.98% than CK.The plant height,pods per plant,seed number per plant and seed weight per plant had significant difference with other treatments.Correlation analysis showed that there was significant positive correlation between yield and plant dry weight at R2 and R5 stage and nodule dry weight at R5 stage.
