- 为了玉竹的引种和规范化栽培研究,以4种玉竹为材料,比较研究了相同栽培条件下不同时期4种玉竹生理指标的变化。结果表明:4种玉竹蛋白质的变化规律一致,其中吉玉一号、狭叶玉竹的生理指标变化规律基本一致。辽宁引进玉竹有其自身变化规律,可能与引种地、品种有关,圆叶玉竹生理指标的变化规律较复杂。建议吉林市种植吉玉一号、狭叶玉竹较好。
- Abstract:
- For the introduction and standardized cultivation of Polygonatum odoratum,taking four kinds of Polygonatum odoratum as test materials,the change of physiological index in the same culture condition from different sampling time was studied.The results showed that the change law of soluble protein content of four kinds of Polygonatum odoratum was consistent.The change law of physiological indexes of Jiyu 1,Xiayeyuzhu was consistent.Polygonatum odoratum introduction from Liaoning province had its own regularity,which might be related with the introduction and variety.The change law of physiological index of Yuanyeyuzhu was complex.Therefore,Jiyu 1 and Xiayeyuzhu were suitable for planting in Jilin city.
