黑龙江省具有发展绿色食品产业的基础和优势。在过去10 a,黑龙江食品加工产业增加值年增幅均超过20%,是全国的绿色食品大省之一;生态环境优良、原料充足优质、质量体系完善、劳动力和土地供应充裕且成本低、能源及运输保障条件好等是黑龙江省发展绿色食品产业的突出优势。为进一步明确绿色食品产业发展的方向与定位,针对黑龙江省农业科学院作为全省农业科技龙头的优势发挥以及利用科技优势支撑黑龙江省绿色食品产业发展方面提出了建议,以期提升黑龙江省绿色食品产业的发展水平。

With the foundation and advantage for developing green food industry,the food processing industrial of Heilongjiang province which had become one of the national green food provinces,the valueadded of green food industry was more than 20% average annual in the past decade .Excellent ecological environment,raw materials quality,perfect quality system,abundant labour and land supply with low cost,energy and well transport guarantee condition were the prominent advantages for developing green food industry.In order to define the direction and position of green food industry development,how to play the advantages of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as provincial agricultural science and technology leading was discussed and how to make use of science and technology advantages to support the development of green food industry was put forward,so as to enhance the level of green food industry development for Heilongjiang province.
