- 为提高沙米种子萌发率,研究了不同温度和光照对沙米种子萌发特性与幼苗电导率和可溶性糖的影响。结果表明:温度为15℃时,沙米种子发芽率和幼苗可溶性糖含量均极显著高于其它温度处理,但沙米幼苗电导率也较高。温度为25℃时,沙米种子的发芽势和活力指数最高。黑暗环境有利于沙米种子萌发,其发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、芽长及幼苗鲜重最高,电导率最低,幼苗活性强。
- Abstract:
- In order to improve the germination of Agriophyllum squarrosum,the germination characteristics,conductivity and soluble sugar content were studied.The results showed that at the temperature of 15℃ germination and soluble sugar content of Agriophyllum squarrosum were significantly higher than other treatments and the conductivity was high.At the temperature of 25℃,the germination energy and vigor index achieved the highest.Dark condition was benefit for the germination of Agriophyllum squarrosum,the germination rate,germination energy vigor index,germ length and fresh weight were the highest,the conductivity was the lowest and the seedling activity was strong.
