- 为加快推进齐齐哈尔市农业现代化进程，在总结齐齐哈尔市农机补贴政策实施现状的基础上，分析了政策实施过程中在补贴资金，补贴率，审批程序等方面存在的问题，并有针对性地提出了对策建议，即设计多种补贴形式，创新金融服务方式，简化农机补贴程序等。
- Abstract:
- In order to accelerate agricultural modernization process of Qiqihar city,on the basis implementation status of agricultural machinery subsidy policy in Qiqihar，the problems of subsidy，subsidy rate，examination and approval procedures existing in the process of policy implementation were analyzed，while the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward，that′s designing more subsidy forms，innovating financial services and simplifying farm machinery subsidy program.
