- 为进一步调查和研究香梨粗皮果形成的相关因素及其相关性,以库尔勒香梨作为试验材料,调查与其粗皮果形成相关的部分环境因子和树冠因子,并对比粗皮果和正常果内矿物质离子含量,探讨粗皮果形成的相关影响因子。结果表明:通过粗皮果相关因子调查得知,树冠内腔和外腔,受伤枝和未受伤枝的粗皮果率基本相等,而短果枝、果实个大和花序全花的粗皮果率均大于95%。粗皮果邻叶中的K+、Mg2+ 、Na+含量与正常果邻叶相比差异不显著,而粗皮果邻叶中的Fe2+和Ca2+含量显著低于正常果邻叶,粗皮果邻叶中的Zn2+含量显著高于正常果邻叶。粗皮果果实中的K+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Zn2+含量与正常果之间无差异,粗皮果果实中的Na+含量显著低于正常果,粗皮果果实萼端的Fe2+含量与正常果之间无差异,但是粗皮果果实中部的Fe2+含量低于正常果。
- Abstract:
- In order to research the relevant factors and correlation of rough fruit formation on pears,taking Korla fragrant pear as materials,some relevant factors of rough fruit formation were surveyed such as some environmental factors and tree canopy factors,ion content of rough fruit and normal fruit were compared and relevant impact factors of rough fruit formation were explored.The results showed that through the investigations of rough fruit there were an equal on rough fruit percentage among canopy lumen,canopy exocoel injured branches and unhurt branches,and the rough fruit percentage of short branch,big fruit,all inflorescence was higher than 95%.There was no significant difference on the content of K+,Mg2+and Na+ in rough pear adjacent leaves compared with normal pear adjacent leaves,Fe2+and Ca2+in rough pear adjacent leaves was significantly lower than normal pear adjacent leaves,Zn 2+ in rough pear adjacent leaves was significantly higher than normal pear adjacent leaves.There was no significant difference on the content of K+,Mg2+,Ca2+and Zn2+in rough pears compared with normal pears,Na+ in rough pear was significantly lower than normal pear,Fe2+in calyx part of rough pear was no significant difference compared with normal pear,but Fe2+in rough pear was significantly lower than normal pear.
