- 通过分析盐胁迫对苜蓿种子萌发、产量和品质的影响,阐述了苜蓿耐盐性相关生理机制研究——有机渗透调节、离子吸收、抗氧化能力以及质膜相对透性,总结了苜蓿耐盐性鉴定方法。
- Abstract:
- Effect of salt stress on seed germination,yield and quality of Alfalfa were analysed.physiological mechanism of salt tolerance were described,including osmotic adjustable organic,ion uptake,antioxidant capacity and relative permeability of plasma membrane.The identification methods of salt tolerance were concluded.
