- 为了全面推进农业职业教育内涵发展，提高人才培养质量，满足农业行业、企业对高端技术技能型人才的需求，提升专业服务产业的能力，依据“高水平投入、产业化经营、市场化运作”实训基地建设思路和以资本为纽带、校企合作、共建共管的原则，对涉农类职业教育实训基地运行机制与模式进行了研究，形成教师注入流动资金的项目承包制、优先股条件下的项目合作制、租赁合作制等创新机制。
- Abstract:
- In order to comprehensively promote the development of agricultural vocational education connotation,improve the quality of personnel training,meet the needs of high-end technology skilled talents of agricultural industry and enterprise,improve the ability in the professional services industry,the operation mechanism and model of vocational education practical training base were studied,based on the construction idea of high level input,industrialization management,market operation about training base and the principle of using capital as linkage,cooperation between school and enterprise,condominium the innovative mechanism were built,including the project contract system of injecting circulating funds by teachers,project cooperative system of preferred stock and lease cooperative system.
