生根剂对两种风箱果品种扦插生根质量的影响

- 为促进彩叶风箱果扩繁及推广,分别以金叶风箱果(Physocarpusopulifolius‘Luteus’)和紫叶风箱果(P.opulifolius‘SummerWine’)的嫩枝穗条为试材,在全光喷雾条件下开展秋季扦插试验,探索不同生根剂处理对其扦插生根的作用。结果表明:2个品种中,金叶风箱果生根能力强于紫叶风箱果,生根剂可以促进插穗节间生根,提高生根质量;金叶及紫叶风箱果经生根剂处理后生根率最高分别可达97.8%和94.4%,且不定根数目及平均根长等指标均比较理想。

- ForsuccessfulpropagationandpopularizationofPhysocarpusopulifolius‘Luteus’’and‘SummerWine’,theeffectsofdifferenthormonetreatmentsonsoftwoodcuttingofthetwoattractivevarietieswerestudiedintheconditionofall-opticalsprayinautumn.Theresultshowedthatinthetwospecies,‘Luteus’hadagreaterrootingabilitythan‘SummerWine’.Hormonescouldpromoterootingandimprovetherootingquality,andthegreatestrootingpercentageof‘Luteus’and‘SummerWine’were97.8%and94.4%,respectively.Numberofadventitiousroots,theaveragerootlengthandotherindicatorswerecomparativeideal.
