- 为解决醉西施在观赏栽培中植株较高、花朵较少的问题,以具有生长点的嫩茎为材料,应用植物组织培养方法,对试管苗进行了在培养基中加入ZT0.8mg.L-1和向已经栽培3年的试管苗上喷洒ZT1.0mg.L-1两种不同处理对醉西施试管苗的影响试验。结果表明:1/2MS+蔗糖10g.L-1+IAA0.2mg.L-1是嫩茎段生根培养和试管苗茎段生根继代培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+蔗糖10g.L-1+IAA0.2mg.L-1+ZT0.4mg.L-1是培养植株较矮、花朵多的醉西施试管苗的较理想培养基;向生长旺盛的试管苗喷洒ZT1.0mg.L-1会使试管苗出现植株较矮、花朵多的性状;试管苗移栽成活率为98%以上,移植成活率为100%;移植的试管苗形成了植株矮小、花朵数多、观赏效果好的性状。

- Inordertosolvetheproblemthattheplantsarehigherandflowersarelessinornamentalcultivation,usingtissueculturetechnique,thetenderstemswithgrowingpointsof ChrysanthemummorifoliumRamatwereusedasmaterialstodotheresearch.TreatthetubeseedlingsseparatelybyaddingZT0.8mg.L-1 tomediumandsprayingZT1.0mg.L-1 totubeseedlingswhichhavebeencultivatedforthreeyears,andthenobservethedifferentinfluences.Theresultsdemonstratedthat1/2MS+sucrose10g.L-1+IAA0.2mg.L-1 wastheidealmediumforrootingandrootingsubcultureoftubeseedlings.Thebestmediumforcultivatingshorterplantsandmoreflowerswas1/2MS+sucrose10g.L-1+IAA0.2mg.L-1+ZT0.4mg.L-1.SprayingZT1.0mg.L-1 tothetubeseedlingswhichgrewvigorouslycouldleadtotheshorterplantsandmoreflowers.Thetransplantingsurvivalrateoftubeseedlingswasmorethan98%andthestableplantingsurvivalratewas100%.Colonizationofplantletsmaintainedthetraitsthattheshorterplantheightwere,muchmoreflowersandbetterornament.
