- 为了将井栏边草应用于园林中,对井栏边草进行了引种栽培和孢子繁殖试验研究。结果表明:引种成活率高,适应性强,形态优美,具有较高的观赏价值,能在嘉兴市安全越冬,值得在本地区开发利用;不同播种基质对井栏边草孢子萌发、配子体发育、孢子体形成和长势有很大影响,以1∶1的草炭土与田园土为最佳,素沙最差。
- Abstract:
- In order to apply Pteris multifida in garden,the introduction and spores propagation of Pteris multifida were researched.The results showed that Pteris multifida had very high survival rate,it could be supervise easily,it is evergreen and graceful,and had higher ornamental value.It could overwinter safely in Jiaxing city.So it was worthy exploiting in Jiaxing zone.The different substratum on Pteris multifida spores to germinate and to form gametophyte and sporophyte were different,and the growth way of gametophyte and sporophyte were different,too.A mixture of peat-soil and garden soil with the same volume was the best substratum for Pteris multifida,and pure sand was the worst one.
