苹果渣袋料栽培秀珍菇试验初报

- 为有效利用农业废弃资源,使用苹果渣进行袋料栽培秀珍菇试验。根据栽培料中苹果渣比例的不同设置5个处理,以无苹果渣为对照。结果表明:栽培料中添加苹果渣可以加快秀珍菇菌丝生长速度,并提高其生物学转化率和产量。因此,将苹果渣作为替代料来生产秀珍菇切实可行。当栽培料中苹果渣含量为35%时,菌丝生长状况良好,生物学转化率和产量最高;当苹果渣含量为50%时,菌丝生长最快;当苹果渣含量超过65%时污染率过高。
- Abstract:
- AnexperimentofcultivationinbagwithapplepomaceonPleurotusgeesteranusfortheeffectiveutilizationofagriculturalwasteresources.Onthebasisofdifferentapplepomaceproportion,itdesigned5treatmentsandthetreatmentwithoutapplepomaceasthecontrol.Theresultsshowedthattheadditionofapplepomaceincultivatingmaterialcouldmakethegrowthofmyceliumfast,improvethebiologicaltransferrateandyieldofPleurotusgeesteranus.So,itwasfeasibletoproductPleurotusgeesteranuswithapplepomace.Whenapplepomaceinthecultivatingmaterialwas35%,thegrowthstatusofmyceliumwasgreat,therewasmaximalwithbiologicaltransferrateandyield.Whenapplepomaceinthematerialwas50%,thegrowthspeedofmyceliumwasthefastest.Therewashighpollutionratewhenapplepomaceinthecultivatingmaterialwasmorethan65%.
