- 为建立铁皮石斛的快速繁殖体系,实现其利用与保护的可持续发展,从外植体、培养基、培养条件和品质鉴定等方面综述了近年来铁皮石斛组织培养的研究概况,并对铁皮石斛组织培养发展进行了展望。
- Abstract:
- For establishing the rapid propagation system of Dendrobium Candidum Wall.Ex Lindl.,and realize the sustainable development of its utilization and protection,a general account of the recent study on the tissue culture of Dendrobium Candidum Wall. Ex Lindl.were reviewed from explants,culture medium,conditions and quality appraisal,and development of tissue culture of Dendrobium Candidum Wall. Ex Lindl,so as to provide a theoretical refenence for its production.
