- 松多酚是一种来源广泛、资源价值极高的天然产物,具有一系列独特的化学性质和生物活性,可广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品、保健品及高分子材料等领域。通过对松多酚抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、降血压、抗癌、抗菌、抗炎及抗辐射等方面的研究进展进行综述,进一步为松多酚的应用提供理论依据。
- Abstract:
- Pine polyphenols as a wide and high application value natural products possessed a series of unique chemical and biological activity.It could be widely used in the fields of food,pharmacy,health care products,cosmetic and high polymer material.The research progress on biological activity of pine polyphenol were summarized,including antioxidant activity,hpyerglycemic,hypolipidemic,antihypertensive,anticancer,antibiosis,anti-inflammatory and anti-radiation,in order to provide theoretical basis for the application of pine polyphenol.
