- 为更好地预防和控制蜜蜂大肚病的发生和蔓延,从患“大肚病”的蜜蜂中分离出致病菌,通过细菌镜检和培养,结果表明:此致病菌为G-球杆菌,不溶血,在普通肉汤培养基上呈乳白色圆形菌落,在SS培养基上不生长;该菌接触酶试验为阳性,不产生H2S,不能还原硝酸盐;经血清鉴定该菌为黄杆菌属。进一步药敏纸片试验分析表明,庆大霉素、硫酸阿米卡星对该菌的半数抑菌量(IC50)分别为8.73和36.92 IU·mL-1,该菌对菌必治、环丙沙星高度敏感。用20~30 IU·mL-1剂量的庆大霉素可有效地预防“大肚病”的发生和蔓延。
- Abstract:
- In order to better prevent and control the occurrence and spread of the big belly disease of honeybee,the pathogenic bacterium was isolated from “the big belly disease” of honeybee.The microscopic examinational and bacterial cultural results showed that the pathogenic bacterium was ball rod-shaped Gram-negative bacterium,no hemolysis,milk-white circular colonies on normal medium,which could not grow on SS medium;Based on physiological,biochemical characteristics and serological identification,the pathogenic bacterium belonged to flavobacterium.Further drug sensitivity results revealed that IC50 of Gentamicin and Amikacin sulfate were 8.73 and 36.92 IU·mL-1 to the bacterium,and it had high sensitivity to Rocephin and Ciprofloxacin.20~30 IU·mL-1 dose of Gentamicin could effectively prevent occurrence and spread of the big belly disease honeybee.
