摘要:
通过对克山县1981～2010年共计30 a的春、夏、秋作物生长季降水资料进行整理，采用气象学与其它学科相结合的方法，详细分析了克山县30年来旱涝灾害发生情况，得出克山县春旱发生频率为36.7%，伏旱发生频率为36.7%，春涝发生频率为13.3%，夏涝发生频率为40%，秋涝6.7%，正常年份频率仅为13.3%。这一结果为地方农业部门充分利用气候资源，培育和引进适合地方气候的农作物优良品种，合理调整农业种植结构，科学安排农业生产提供了参考。
Abstract:
Based on the collection of precipitation data of Keshan county in 1981～2010 years,meteorology and other disciplines combined method were used,the disaster situation of Keshan county was analyzed in detail.The result showed that the frequency of spring drought and summer drought disaster occurred in Keshan county was 36.7%,respectively,the frequency of spring flood,summer flood and autumn flood occurred in Keshan county was 13.3%,40%and 6.7%,respectivy,the frequency of normal year was only 13.3%.The result could provide references for the relevant departments to make good use of meteorological resource,breed and introduce good crop varieties,adjust agricultural planting structure reasonably,and arrange agricultural production.
