- 以矮牵牛组培苗为试验材料,在培养基中添加不同浓度的HgCl2,分析Hg2+对矮牵牛组培苗生长方面的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Hg2+对矮牵牛的生长影响不大,表现为叶片数、株高、鲜重均超过对照,叶绿素也能正常合成,临界浓度为HgCl2 10 μg·mL-1。而当HgCl2浓度超过150 μg·mL-1时,植株就会死亡,说明HgCl2对矮牵牛产生毒害的致死浓度为150 μg·mL-1。
- Abstract:
- Taking tissue culture seedlings of Petunia hybrida Vilm as test materials,and added different density HgCl2 in the medium to study the effect of Hg2+ on the growth of tissue culture seedlings of Petunia hybrida Vilm.The results showed that there were not significant effects of lower density Hg2+ on the growth of Petunia hybrida,expressed as the number of leaves,plant height,fresh weight were all higher than that of the control,chlorophyll could also be normal synthesis,and the critical density was HgCl2 10 μg·mL-1.When the density of HgCl2 exceed 150 μg·mL-1,plants would be dead,expressed as the lethal density of Petunia hybridaproduced toxic by HgCl2 was 150 μg·mL-1.
