- 为探究球孢白僵菌规模化生产路径,以葡萄糖、蛋白胨及无机盐为固体基础培养基,研究碳量(8~24 g·L-1)和C/N(10∶1~100∶1)对5株球孢白僵菌菌株生长和产孢的影响。结果表明:除B72菌株外,其余菌株在C/N为10∶1的条件下,最适宜菌株的生长。B76菌株在碳量为24 g·L-1,B70、B246和B252菌株在碳量为16 g·L-1时,菌丝生长最旺盛。碳量为24 g·L-1、C/N为20∶1的营养条件,最适宜B72菌株的生长。适宜B72和B76菌株的产孢条件均为碳量24 g·L-1、C/N20∶1;B70、B246和B252菌株的最适产孢条件分别为碳量24 g·L-1、C/N40∶1,碳量8 g·L-1、C/N10∶1和碳量16 g·L-1、C/N60∶1。培养基中C/N对球孢白僵菌菌株生长和孢子形成影响作用高于碳量,低C/N营养条件利于多数菌株的生长和孢子形成。
- Abstract:
- For the purpose of exploring the scale production path of Beauveria bassiana,taking solid basal medium composed of glucose,peptone and salts,the effects of carbon concentration and ratio of carbon to nitrogen on the growth and sporulation of five strains of Beauveria bassiana were studied.The results showed that except for the B72,all the B.bassinana strains attained the best growth at a C/N of 10∶1,when the carbon concentration was 24 g·L-1 for B76,16 g·L-1 for B70,B246 and B252.The optimal conditions for B72 growth were 24 g·L-1 carbon concentration with a C/N of 20∶1.The highest spore yields conditions for B72 and B76 were 24 g·L-1 carbon concentration with a C/N of 20∶1.The optimal conditions for sporulation were 24 g·L-1 carbon concentration with a C/N of 40∶1 for B70,8 g·L-1 carbon concentration with a C/N of 10∶1 for B246 and 16 g·L-1 carbon concentration with a C/N of 60∶1 for B252,respectively.The results indicated that the C/N had more influence on B.bassinana growth and sporulation than the carbon concentration,low C/N was conducive to most B.bassinana growth and sporulation.
