- 以“GR911”木薯的腋芽为外植体,通过无菌培养获得的组培苗为材料,研究经不同浓度多效唑(0、1、2、3、4、5 mg·L-1)与6-BA、NAA组合处理对组培苗增殖、生根、壮苗及移栽成活效果的影响。结果表明:多效唑浓度在3 mg·L-1时,附加6-BA浓度0.2 mg·L-1增殖系数达3.24,比对照提高2.18倍;经多效唑(4 mg·L-1)处理组培苗生长高度达5~6 cm、生根数6根以上时移栽成活率达87.64%,有利于培育壮苗,从而能提高移栽成活率。
- Abstract:
- Taking the axillary of “GR911” cassava as explant,seedling of the sterile cultivation as materials,the effects on proliferation,rooting,healthy seedling and transplanting survival rate of tissue culture by different concentrations paclobutrazol(0,1,2,3,4,and 5 mg·L-1)and 6-BA and NAA combination treatments were researched.The results showed that:proliferation coefficient was 3.24 of paclobutrazol 3 mg·L-1 additional 6-BA 0.2 mg·L-1,more than the contrast 2.18 times;The transplant survival rate for 87.64% when tissue culture seedling height reach to 5~6 cm and rooting more than six with paclobutrazol 4 mg·L-1,could promote the breeding of seedling,and increase the survival rate of transplanting.
