- 为验证城市水处理污泥在水稻育秧中利用的可行性,2010年进行了水稻育秧过程中施用污泥的试验研究。结果表明:污泥的施用量为90 g·盘-1(500 g·m-2)时水稻秧苗素质最好,施用量过大可能会导致秧苗徒长和根系发育不良。随着污泥用量的增加,水稻秧苗的根系总长有逐渐升高的趋势,但超过一定用量后根系总长急剧下降。根系表面积、根体积和根尖数随污泥用量的增加也有相同的变化趋势,即在一定污泥用量范围内,随污泥用量的增加而增加,超过一定污泥用量则急剧下降。
- Abstract:
- In order to verify the feasibility of using the sewage sludge in raising rice seedling,the sewage sludge was used in raising rice seedling in 2010.The results showed that:The rice seedling quality was the best when the sludge amount was 90 gram per tray ( 500 g·m-2),the more application would be result in seedling spindling and roots dysplasia.The total length of roots was increased with the increase of the sludge amount,but it would decreased sharply when the sludge amount was overused.The trends of the root surface area,the root volume and the root tip number were similar with that of the root total length.
