- In order to discuss the influence of 4; 4; 4-trifluoro-3-(indole-3-)butyric acid(TFIBA)to radish growth and yield; using radish variety Akamaru as experimental material; the effect of TFIBA on thickening growth of radish hypocotyl were investigated.The results showed that when radish seeds were soaked in 100 μmol·L-1 TFIBA solution during germination and cultured in a green house; thickening growth of hypocotyl(edible part)was increased by 139%; 53% and 24% of untreated control at 28; 35 and 42 days after transplanting; respectively.In this study; it showed that TFIBA was a useful plant growth regulator to increase radish growth and yield.

- 为了探讨4,4,4-三氟-3-(吲哚-3-)丁酸(TFIBA)对樱桃萝卜的生长和产量的影响,以樱桃萝卜品种Akamaru为试材,研究了TFIBA对樱桃萝卜生长和产量的影响。结果表明:100 μmol·L-1 TFIBA浸泡种子处理通过基质培养显著促进了萝卜的肉质根生长,在播种28、35、42 d后,产量分别增加了139%、53%、24%,干物质重量也得到明显提高。
