- 以2000~2009年黑龙江省和绥化市统计数据为依据,利用熵值法、综合评价法和协调度及协调发展度模型对绥化市农业生态环境与农业可持续发展及各子系统间的协调程度进行了分析。结果表明:绥化市农业生态环境与农业可持续发展之间的协调等级在10级左右,但协调发展度处于0.5~0.8,呈现中等水平的协调发展状态;总体协调发展呈现上升趋势,但2009年已经出现环境滞后问题,说明加速发展农村经济的过程中忽视了环境的保护与治理;在各子系统的相互关系中,农村社会系统整体滞后。
- Abstract:
- Based on the statistics of Heilongjiang province and Suihua city in 2000~2009,with the entropy method,the comprehensive evaluation method,the coordinative degree and the coordinated development degree model,the agricultural ecology environment,agricultural sustainability in Suihua,and the coordinative degree of each subsystem were analyzed.The results showed that coordination-grade between agricultural ecology environment and agricultural sustainable development was 10,but the coordinating value was in 0.5~0.8,and it was in the medium coordinating status;Coordinative development had been on the rise,but the environment delay appeared in 2009.All of those stated that the environmental protection and governance were neglected;The whole rural social system lagged among the subsystems.
