- 谷子是中国杂粮的重要品种之一,也是传统的营养健康食品原料。归纳总结了干旱、半干旱地区谷子的栽培技术,并对谷子的后期加工前景进行了阐述,为促进谷子栽培技术的进步和后期产业发展提供了参考。
- Abstract:
- Millet is one of the important varieties of Chinas cereals,traditional nutrition and health food ingredients.The cultivation techniques of millet in the arid and semi-arid areas were introduced and the prospect of post-processing of millet was reviewed to provide a reference for millet cultivation and technological progress and post-industrial development.
