- 通过对内江师院校园草坪植物高羊茅(猎狗5号及法恩)植株以及种子进行带菌的检验。结果表明:校园高羊茅内生真菌主要分布在植株的叶鞘和茎秆中,检出率种子>茎秆>叶鞘;高羊茅两品种的种子带菌率依次为:猎狗5号(18.4%)>法恩(10.5%),远低于文献资料(80%)。
- Abstract:
- Samples of Festuca arundinacea cultivated on Neijiang Normal University campus were chosen for Endophytes detection(seeds,stem and fruiting spike),and two cultivars of F.arundinacea-HoundogV and Fine were selected.The results showed that endophyties were mostly display in leaf sheath and stem,the infection rate in the F.arundinacea was seed>stem>leaf sheath,and the infection rate in seeds of two cultivars of F.arundinacea mainly cultured on our campus were HoundogV(18.4%)>Fine(10.5%),far lower than data based on references(80%).
