- 为给经济落后地区发展农户兼业提供理论支持，采用分层抽样技术，选取四川仪陇县的120户农户进行问卷调查，研究欠发达地区农户兼业的特征与制约因素，最后从完善土地流转制度、建立农村服务体系、加强职业教育培训、统筹城乡发展和加快小城镇建设等方面给出对策建议。
- Abstract:
- To Provide theoretical suPPort for develoPment of farmer’s Part-time occuPations in economic backward areas，stratified samPling technique was adoPted，120 households of Yilong county of Sichuan Province for the survey were selected to study Present situation of Part-time business to the farmers in Poor area.Through researching on the features and constraints of Part-time business，it ProPosed the develoPment of Part-time business strategies for the farmers in Poor areas，such as:imProving the system of land transfer，strengthening vocational education and training and accelerating the construction of small towns and so on.
