- 石柱县作为国家级贫困县，拥有丰富的旅游资源，发展旅游业是其跨越式发展的必然选择，但是宣传力度不够、基础设施薄弱、旅游资源开发不足、人才结构失调等问题严重制约着石柱县旅游业的发展。石柱县应该从充分发挥政府功能、加大旅游业引资力度、优化人才机构等多角度实现旅游业可持续发展。
- Abstract:
- Shizhu is a state Poverty county，which is rich in tourism resources.DeveloPment of tourism is the inevitable choice to catch uP with other develoPed regions for Shizhu county.However，ProPaganda is not enough，weak infrastructure，develoPment of tourism resources is not enough，talent structural imbalance.Those difficulties constrained the develoPment of tourism.At last，the suggestions from multiPle PersPectives for sustainable develoPing tourism industry were Put forward.They were taking good use of government leader role，strongly attracting caPital for tourism industry and oPtimizing Personnel structure.
